This home extension was all about creating an extra bedroom for my client's growing family. We went above the top of the existing garage and with a side extension, we were able to extend one of the existing bedrooms and increase the size of the kitchen at ground floor. This led to an additional wall being removed (at building regulations stage) at ground floor to give a large, open plan, kitchen dinner snug area looking out onto the rear garden.
