Littleworth croft - Leamington Spa

This home extension project consisted of two elements, a ground floor extension & a loft conversion, all within Permitted Development. The ground floor space was opened up and extended to give an open plan living kitchen diner that gave my clients the space to socialise as a family and with friends come a weekend. Design techniques were utilised to ensure a modern living space for a young family. A large flat roof dormer along the rear roof slope provide the space to create a spacious and light, Master Suite.
