Melton Road - Leamington Spa

My clients at Melton Road gave a clear brief for the space they wanted creating but were unsure on how they wanted it to look and how the space was set out. They wanted to create an open plan kitchen living diner that would become the main family hub. They also wanted to maintain a large utility space and separate living space to retreat to. After producing a few visuals showing potential options, we achieved what my client was after with a permitted development rear extension. We vaulted the ceiling to create a light and open feel complimented by large bi-fold doors and tall side panel windows, which really completed this extension in Leamington Spa.
